At the Createry our goal is to provide a super affordable coworking and content studio experience for people local to Nottingham and the surrounding areas.
The median salaries in Nottingham are lower than the national average, and our prices reflect that. For that reason, we ask that larger companies paying for their employees to cowork with us adopt a corporate membership that reflects their stance. These membership types also include useful benefits and can incorporate the add-ons outlined below.

Business Advantages
★ Enhance productivity – All our coworkers say they’re more productive at The Createry compared to being at home. It’s a quiet, creative environment with all the practicalities they need – and it’s distraction-free.
★ Reassign memberships – Memberships can be reassigned if staff move locations, leave, or no longer require the space. Outstanding whole weeks/months will be added to your account balance. A small admin fee for transferring memberships applies to cover card and ID costs.
★ All-in-one coworking payment – There are no per-session costs (vs our standard Feather and Fledgling memberships).
★ Low maintenance – Set up a direct debit or standing order directly for your employee/s.
★ Manage your money – Pay up to a year in advance per membership to minimise the number of individual invoices you need to handle, and time payments to suit your company’s year-end or cashflow.

Option 1
- Up to 9 hrs of coworking, weekly.
- Pick any weekday (including Bank Holidays), and work your hours any time between 8:30am - 7pm.
- Media storage locker with USB and standard charging.
- 2 free hrs of meeting room time per month (minimum booking 30 mins).
- Additional meeting room time & studio hire at a reduced rate of £10/hr.
- Access to kitchen and shower facilities, free drinks, bike racks.
Option 2
- Up to 27 hrs of coworking, weekly.
- Pick any days (inc. weekends & Bank Holidays) and work your hours any time between 8:30am - 7pm.
- Media storage locker with USB and standard charging.
- 2 free hrs of meeting room time per month (minimum booking 30 mins).
- Additional meeting room time & studio hire at a reduced rate of £10/hr.
- Access to kitchen and shower facilities, free drinks, bike racks.
Option 3
- Unlimited coworking during all available hours (7am - 11pm daily, including weekends and Bank Holidays).
- Media storage locker with USB and standard charging.
- 4 free hours of studio or meeting room time per month (minimum booking 30 mins).
- Additional meeting room time & studio hire at our best available rate, £7/hr.
- Access to kitchen and shower facilities, free drinks, bike storage.
Additional Add-Ons
★ Parking space – Guaranteed parking for at least 1 day per week; further parking subject to availability/circumstance.
★ Deliveroo – A monthly recurring budget for your employee to get food of their choice delivered via Deliveroo.
★ Life, wellness or mental health coaching – We work with local professionals who provide private one-to-one sessions at The Createry. These can be one-off, ongoing, or a fixed program of sessions.
★ One-to-one in-person classes – We provide custom, personalised classes on a range of topics, including video recording and editing, podcasting, photography, photo editing, Canva, Photoshop, and more.
★ Business headshots – A one-off photo shoot with a professional photographer for headshots/full body shots for LinkedIn, your website, or similar. Upgrade to a team shoot with a professional photographer and a choice of settings (including a range of solid background colours, an outdoor/natural look outside of winter months, green screen, or brick wall).
★ Onboarding gift box – Welcome your new employee with a gift box containing items tailored to them.
★ Product, website, or social media photography – Have a professional photographer take the shots you need of your products, with your choice of colours and additional props. Products can be posted to us or provided via your employee.
★ Stationery essentials – A high quality kit of all the essentials: pens, pencils, notebook, sticky notes, highlighter, undated yearly planner, tape, paperclips, and more.
★ Host the team – Book a room for other team members to come in for a monthly or quarterly catch up session. 2-12 people, parking subject to availability. Biscuits, a wide selection of Tassimo pods, and use of a coffee machine included.
★ Standard printing – A4 or A3 black and white or colour pages (24 hours’ notice required).
★ Branded products – Tote bags, pencil cases, cotton pennant banners, t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, award signs and more can be created for you onsite, with single colour logos or names/wording of your choice (7 days’ notice required).
★ Birthday surprise – Treat your employee to a tasty cake slice, doughnuts or brownies on their birthday – we arrange it all for you.
