Attending an event
The Createry is home to all kinds of events, some of which are hosted by members, some by the Createry team, and some by guest experts.
Events may be free or paid, depending on what's involved, and may be run privately for a specific group or open to all Createry members. Events can be online, virtual, or a hybrid.
Each event is categorised so you know whether it's fun-based or learning-based, and if the latter, what experience level it's suitable for.
Examples of events include:
- Social get togethers, often with refreshments.
- Talks on digital and business topics such as blogging and digital marketing.
- Createry labs (where you have your say on various aspects of the Createry and new upcoming features).
- Workshops (for example how to start a blog or how to manage your finances or improving mental health).
- Sticky round tables (where we discuss things that no one talks about, like dealing with trolls, difficult clients, growing when you’ve hit a plateau, and similar).
- Sell & swap events (bring preloved items or your own new products – no listing fees or postage costs!).

Running an event
For small events, the meeting room is available to book. The photography studio can also be used to host events, with a capacity of up to around 12-15 people.
For larger events, the upstairs coworking floor may be available (subject to availability).
Please note that for fire safety, the maximum capacity for events is 40.

- Workshops & classes
- Presentations
