For exclusive photo shoots held on the coworking floor. Please email or message us first to confirm your date and time and parking availability before purchasing.

Any overtime is subject to availability and billed at a £15 per half hour rate; this includes you or your guests arriving early or finishing late.

Cost:

• up to 3 hours – £90
• up to 4 hours – £120
• up to 6 hours – £170
• up to 9 hours – £250

Things to note:

– You’re able to access the floor at the beginning of your booked time. Please don’t arrive any more than ten minutes early as we don’t have a waiting area. Don’t forget to let your photographer, videographer, clients and colleagues know this too!

– The booking is for the name of the person who booked; if your guests arrive too early, we will point them in the direction of Costa. Another alternative is for them to pay for space in the coworking area at our standard rate of £5 per person; please note that people will be working so music/loud conversation isn’t permitted.

– If you as the named booked person arrive early and the floor is available early, we can accommodate you starting earlier and will provide the link for you to pay for the additional time in advance.

– If your guests arrive late, we can potentially accommodate extra time depending on the other bookings we have. This is billed at a £15 per half hour rate; we recommend having your clients cover this cost.

– The coworking floor is only accessible via a flight of stairs and is unfortunately not accessibility friendly.
