There are a ton of different free and paid AI tools to choose from, so if you already have an AI tool you know and love, you can use it with these prompts.

Hacking popular ideas prompt
Based on the most popular episodes of podcasts on Spotify in the last year, give me 5 ideas of what I should record an episode about. My niche is [your niche] and my audience is [description].
If you don’t have a podcast, replace the idea with something you do have – a YouTube channel, blog, Instagram account, target keywords in Google etc.
Fake boss motivation prompt
Act like you’re my firm but kind and empathetic boss who wants the best for me and wants to see me succeed. Motivate me to work on my [type of business or content] today, including [activity/task], taking into account [situation].
(e.g. “Motivate me to create a landing page for my wellness workshop today, taking into account I haven’t slept well and I’m not feeling the best.”)
Content repurposing prompt
Using blog posts from my website, pull 10 key quotes that people would find useful. Give me a long form version of each that would make a great and interesting caption for an Instagram post. Give me a short form version of each that would be short enough to add as text to an image and use as ALT text for the image.
Edit this for whatever purpose you like, e.g. meta descriptions, blog post or video titles and descriptions, Pinterest pins and so on.
Action plan prompt
Create a practical and easy to follow step-by-step action plan for me to drive more leads and sales in 2026. My website is [URL] and my business is [description]. My ideal client is [description]. I have [x] hours per week to spend on this, so focus on the biggest, easiest and most efficient wins.
Opt-in prompt
Generate 5 ideas for opt-in content downloads for my niche, [your topic/niche] and target audience of [describe audience]. For each idea, write a short paragraph to explain to people why they should subscribe to download it and a short call to action suitable for a clickable button. The tone should be friendly and persuasive without being cheesy or pushy.
Compelling reason prompt
Write a short paragraph explaining why people should subscribe to my newsletter on [topic/niche]. Personalize it based on my website content’s tone and style: [URL]
Replace “newsletter” with anything you want people to subscribe or sign up to.
”Avoid the awkwardness of describing yourself” prompt
Write a “hey there new followers” re-introductory post for Instagram based on my website: [URL]. It should have a similar tone to my website copy and be friendly and approachable but not cheesy or unprofessional, with no exclamation marks.
Carousel content prompt
Generate 5 ideas for instagram carousel posts on the topic of [specific topic/problem/challenge]. Have each set start with an intriguing strapline or message, using viral content hooks to ensure people swipe through them all. Describe what imagery they should have and write a caption with a call to action.
Event promotion plan prompt
Create an action plan and to do list I can use on a recurring/evergreen basis to get more people to my [title/topic/theme] event for [target audience] in Nottingham, England. Include free promotion options plus any that would cost under £30 total. I have [length of time here] to promote it.
Include a link to one of your event listings if you have one.
Sales page copy prompt
Write a sales page for my ebook on [topic] at [price], focusing on the benefits and value for money. My target reader is [description]. The tone should be helpful and focus on the benefits for the buyer. The copy should not overpromise or be salesy, aggressive or cheesy. It should include a section on takeaways/learnings.
Switch out “ebook” for whatever you want to sell or promote.
Streamline prompt
What are some hacks for doing [x] faster and making my workflow more efficient? [list any tools you use, caveats or notes you have, and what your current process/challenge looks like].
Idea generation prompt

Replace the social network and website with any public accounts and content formats you like, e.g. Tiktok > newsletter ideas, YouTube > more YouTube ideas
To do list generation prompt
I am a [role] working on my own. I have [x] hours to spend on [activity/description of your business] this week. Write me a to do list.
