The Createry Loyalty Card

Earn rewards

If you're a pay-as-you-go Feather user at The Createry, you can earn loyalty rewards.

Simply pick up a loyalty card from one of the various holders dotted around The Createry, and find a team member to give you a stamp each time you make a booking. (Can't track someone down? Email hello@thecreatery.co and tell us you'd like a stamp).

Once you hit ten stamps, trade your completed card in for any of the following:

  • 2 x free meeting room hours
  • 2 x free photography studio hours
  • 2 x free podcast & video studio hours
  • 2 x free days of coworking
  • 1 x event or workshop pass
  • 1 x merch bundle (Createry notebook, tote bag and pencil)

The choice is yours!

FAQs

Do loyalty stamps expire?

We have no plans to add an expiry date to loyalty stamps, but if that changes we'll let you know.

Why is it only Feather members that can earn loyalty points?

Fledgling and Songbird members get permanently better rates on bookings and coworking, so this is a way to acknowledge loyal Feather members without changing the premise of their plan.

Can I share my card with a friend?

You’re more than welcome to share your card with any number of people, as long as you’re all happy to agree on how the reward is split!

Can stamps or cards be withdrawn by you?

We will only withdraw stamps and cards in the unlikely event someone breaks our membership rules or terms.

What happens when I’ve finished my card and claim my reward?

You’re welcome to start a new one!
