You told us we were too cheap…and you were right! When we set up The Createry, we wanted to create an affordable playground for people to try things out and create for fun, with no pressure. While this is still primarily our reason for existing, we do need to bump our prices a bit in order to be able to cover our costs. However, we’ve increased them as little as possible and we’re also introducing discounts for pay-as-you-go block purchases so you can take the prices lower by buying credit in bulk.

No Changes To Existing Membership Pricing
No changes for current members – Anyone with an active Fledgling or Songbird membership before the 4th March will keep the same benefits and pricing, including either 2 or 4 hours of free studio/meeting room time respectively.
New Fledgling Member Pricing – After 3rd March 2025, new Fledgling memberships are ÂŁ30 per month and include one free day (8 hours) of access to the coworking floor per month. This time can be used for coworking or just generally using the space (e.g. reading the books, using the kitchen area, heating/eating food).
Please note that any guests need to pay the usual coworking rate (a minimum of ÂŁ5 for up to 4 hours).
Changes To Pay As You Go Pricing
Pay as you go (Feather) pricing will change to the following from 4th March: ÂŁ20 per hour for podcast studio and photography studio bookings.
However, you can make your pay-as-you-go rate cheaper by purchasing credit any time as follows:
Buy a block of 4 hours for ÂŁ70 (save ÂŁ10)
Buy a block of 5 hours for ÂŁ85 (save ÂŁ15)
Buy a block of 10 hours for ÂŁ175 (save ÂŁ25)
Buy a block of 20 hours for ÂŁ340 (save ÂŁ60)
Credits don’t expire and can be used for the meeting room, podcast studio or photography studio. Purchase online, wait for the credits to be added to your account, then head through our booking system as normal and choose the credit option. Credits cannot be refunded once purchased.
Changes To Events
Exclusive hire of the coworking floor for photoshoots/videography only: ÂŁ75 for up to 3 hours pay-as-you-go (or ÂŁ65 for Fledgling/Songbird members).
Hiring the coworking floor for an event (including networking, meetings, workshops, launches, parties, away days, lectures/presentations and book signings) now requires a minimum of 10 attendees. For fewer than that, please hire the photo studio (up to 12 seated) or meeting room (up to 6).
There will also be a ÂŁ30 surcharge for evening and weekend events booked after March 4th.
You can make an appointment to come and see the space before your event (limited to one appointment per event organiser), and any questions can be asked via email following your appointment.
Two event packages are now available, the Essentials Event Package and the Ultimate Event Package. The Essential package includes exclusive use of the coworking floor and basic hot drink equipment for up to 3 hours, with optional add-ons such as TV use. The Ultimate package includes your choice of room colour scheme and layout, upgraded drinks and equipment, snack bowls, door and pegboard signs, additional cutlery/crockery as needed, TV and cable use, flip chart, use of colour cubes and affirmation decks, and more.
For event cancellations within 14 days of the event date 100% of the money will be refunded as credit to your account. 7 days is 50%, and any less than that the money is forfeited.
All Fledgling/Songbird members, new and old, now save 25% on each booking. This discount is non-transferable and must be used by the event organiser.
New event pricing applies to all new coworking floor events booked after 28th February 2025. If you have booked an event prior to that date, but your event itself falls after 28th February 2025, the original pricing will be retained.

Reschedules, Refunds & Cancellations
For studio and meeting room bookings
At least 48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations; the amount will be refunded to your account as credit. Less than 48 hours’ notice forfeits your payment.
If you need to change the duration, time or day of your room or studio booking, please note that a £5 admin charge will now apply (even if it’s 48 hours or more before).
This is because we juggle a lot of different people, bookings, and spaces, and currently spend a lot of time every day just dealing with reschedules.
